Breakdown of games:       Play your Divisional Opponents 4 times, plus 2 Inter-Division Games

                                                Total: 22 Games

 

 

Championship Series:      The two Division Champions play a “Best of 5 Series“.  Winner is the City Champion and goes to the Ohio N.A.B.F. tournament (August 9-12)

                                               

 

Playoff Plans:                      Teams (2^nd place through 7^th place) enter a single elimination playoff in the first round.  Playoffs for the remaining 8 teams will be double elimination.  HOME TEAM IN PLAYOFFS IS TEAM WITH BEST RECORD.

                                                                                                                                                                                                First round games will feature the following:

                                                2^nd place American              vs.       Winner A (6-American or 5-National)

                                                3^rd Place National                vs.       4^th Place American

                                                3^rd Place American              vs.       4^th Place National                                                                                        2^nd Place National               vs.       Winner B (6-National or 5-American)

 

 

Consolation   Playoff Champion & Championship Series Runner-Up will play a best of 3 series.

        Series:   Winner of the series goes to the Ohio N.A.B.F. tournament (August 9—12)

 

 

Tiebreaker Guidelines:     If it is for first place –

1.)          Head to Head Competition

2.)          One game playoff

 

Other team ties that do not involve first place –

1.)          Head to Head Competition

2.)          If teams split – least runs given up in head to head games

3.)          Coin Flip

 

 

Awards:                                Division Winners and playoff winner receive a team trophy.

                                                City Champion receives a team trophy + individual Awards for players.

All Star players will receive a plaque at their game.
